Patient Care Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enrolled Nurse to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support Registered Nurses in coordinating patient care, assist physicians and RNs in bedside procedures, and maintain effective communication with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support RNs in coordinating patient care
- Assist physicians and RNs in bedside procedures
- Maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare team members
- Provide patient education on self-care management
- Attend to medical emergencies and resuscitation
- Support clinical supervision of new enrolled nurses and nursing students
- Participate in quality improvement activities
- Collaborate with senior nurses in carrying out audits
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Enrolled with SNB or equivalent certification
- NITEC in Nursing or State Enrolled Nurse Certificate
- At least 1 year of experience as Enrolled Nurse in relevant discipline
