Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our team. As a staff nurse, you will be responsible for providing client-centric care to individuals in need. This role combines clinical expertise with a heartfelt commitment to enhancing eldercare.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care tailored to individual needs and conditions.
  • Monitor, assess, and evaluate clients' conditions to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Perform clinical procedures as required.
  • Observe and assess clients' overall health, including vital signs, responses to treatments/medications, and changes in behavior or condition.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure continuity and effectiveness of the care plan.
  • Travel to assigned sites/centres to deliver nursing guidance, care and support.


Requirements:
  • Degree in Nursing
  • Min. 3 years clinical experience in eldercare sector will be an advantage
  • Dynamic team player with good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
