Nursing Professional - Elder Care

At our Day Care Center, we are seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our clients in a supportive and compassionate environment.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional client-centric nursing care based on individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients' medical histories, treatments, and progress.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and continuity.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in eldercare settings.
  • Clinical experience with gerontological nursing practices is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel to other sites/centres as required.
