Lead Nursing Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse who is passionate about enhancing elder care. As a lead nursing professional, you will provide client-centric nursing care tailored to individual needs and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, assess, and evaluate clients' conditions to develop and implement appropriate care plans.
  • Perform clinical procedures as required.
  • Observe and assess clients' overall health, including vital signs, responses to treatments/medications, and changes in behavior or condition.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure continuity and effectiveness of the care plan.
  • Deliver high-quality nursing guidance, care and support at assigned sites/centres.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
  • Min. 3 years clinical experience in eldercare sector (advantageous).
  • Dynamic team player with good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
