Mobility Sales Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Mobility Sales Professional to join our team at the Schindler Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the elevator and escalator industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including total replacements and partial modernization inquiries for elevators/escalators in operation for 15 to 40 years.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, owners, and builders to promote our products and services.
- Conduct site show-rounds, analyze building access ways, protections, and hoisting methods, and review building information, drawings, tender documents, and specifications to provide expert advice to clients.
- Deliver presentations to clients on the company's profile, project introductions, new technologies, and product information to showcase our expertise and build trust.
- Proactively search for leads and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, especially in the elevator and escalator or building industry, is highly preferred.
- An engineering background is a plus, but not required.
- Must be sales-driven, self-motivated, and dynamic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
