Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team at Luxury Careers Pte Ltd. As a key member of our retail leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring operational excellence within our boutique network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Management: Ensure the consistent delivery of premium brand values across all retail locations, providing outstanding customer service and aligning with our omni-channel approach.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and profitability across the retail network, manage product assortment, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring compliance with international standards, safety regulations, and visual merchandising guidelines. Conduct regular audits and propose operational enhancements.

Requirements:
University degree or equivalent in Business Management / Retail / Hospitality
Min. of 7 years of relevant experience in Retail/Lifestyle/Luxury Goods industry leading stores and teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to details
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Product management
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel and Powerpoint
