We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth in the public sector healthcare vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, leveraging market research and industry insights to drive growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and pain points, and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our solutions and services.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation, monitoring account performance and providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers within the healthcare sector.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
Requirements
  • 7 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably within the systems integration or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the healthcare verticals in Singapore.
