As an Operations Executive with Gojek's Trust & Safety team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to execute projects that enhance safety and service quality for both driver-partners and customers.
You will be responsible for performing routine checks and reporting to guarantee that Gojek adheres to local regulations. Additionally, you will need to liaise with external agencies, including regulators and other transport authorities, on operational matters when required.
Your duties will involve operating with a sense of urgency while exercising proper judgment and discretion in resolving issues. You will also be expected to stay informed about business and industry changes, conduct analysis, and provide insights to support business strategy development and effectiveness evaluation.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring, measuring, and communicating project progress, potential risks/delays, and performance to teams and stakeholders. Collaboration with operations, product, and engineering teams is essential to design and implement product features that achieve Trust and Safety objectives.
