About This Opportunity

We are seeking a self-driven product leader to join our Singapore team and contribute to shaping the e-commerce experience for millions of users.

The role is both challenging and rewarding due to the intense competition and unique dynamics of the Singapore market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and rollout of product features on the app, including stakeholder alignment, requirement documentation, testing, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs, identify opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Develop outcome-driven product roadmaps based on business value, technical feasibility, resource planning, and implementation timelines.
  • Prepare clear and comprehensive product requirements documents that balance business alignment with simplified solutions for engineering teams.
  • Conduct testing, plan and manage live releases, and ensure risk mitigation with transparent reporting.
  • Drive solution implementation and adoption through training, rollout planning, feedback gathering, and ongoing support.
  • Analyse product data to track key performance indicators, measure impact, and propose iterative improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in product/project management.
  • Cross-disciplinary understanding of business functions and/or information systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SQL; Python is an asset.
  • Able to communicate complex ideas concisely and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
