Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Product Leader to drive our product strategy and vision in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product plans that meet business objectives and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products or features.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize product development.
  • Drive product roadmap development and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the market, competition, and customer needs to inform product decisions.

Requirements:

A successful Product Leader should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Cross-disciplinary understanding of business functions and information systems is a plus.
  • Data analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus.
