Strategic Product Leader

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to spearhead the development of our next-generation internal workspace. This strategic role will oversee the vision, roadmap, and governance of the platform, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
- Define the overall product strategy, prioritizing features that drive measurable user impact and align with business objectives.
- Drive discovery and requirements gathering through cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and ops teams.
- Shape the foundational framework, including navigation, audit trails, and shared components, to establish a robust and scalable architecture.
- Establish guardrails and governance for teams building on the platform to prevent siloed and fragmented tools.
- Guide migration sequencing from legacy systems into the new platform.
- Expand the platform's capabilities to support new product and market domains.
- Balance user needs with technical debt and refactors to ensure a high-quality user experience.
- Promote transparency and structured intake to maintain focus on high-value impact initiatives.
- Proven ability to align and energize complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Strong user empathy and ability to translate pain points into structured requirements.
- Systems thinking, clarity in documentation, and proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
- Confidence to say 'no' to low-value work and advocate for user-centric product decisions.
