Job Title: Master Control Room Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Master Control Room (MCR) operator to manage and run MCR operations in coordination with various operating parties.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, good communication abilities, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, monitor, and coordinate daily inputs and assigned receivers in the MCR.
  • Provide technical feedback and incident reports to the duty engineer.
  • Work on shifts, including weekends, overnight, and on-call coverage on a rotating basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Basic knowledge of working with web-based UI interfaces is essential.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • Strong stress management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with good collaboration, proactivity, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum qualification: 5 GCE O-Levels or Diploma.
