The Rooms Controller primarily works with Front Office, Engineering and other related divisions/departments to coordinate guestroom blockings and arrivals.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Coordination Of Guest Room Assignment And Blocking To Maximize Room Revenue And Work Flow Efficiency Based On Guest Arrival And Departure Trends And Patterns
- Assisting In The Overall Housekeeping Operations Through Facilitating The Overall Daily Internal And External Information/Records Management And Departmental Communication
- Assigning Show Rooms, Preparing Guest Preferred Amenities And Services Prior To Check-In, Fostering Good Working Relationships With Front Office And Engineering Regarding Proper Handling Of Special Groups
- Interacting With Guest Services And Fo Rooms Controller Regarding Vip Arrivals And Expediting Rooms,
- Preparing And Running Various Reports And Other Operational And Administrative Tasks Which May Be Assigned From Time To Time.

**Requirements**:

- Has good command of oral and written English
- Minimum 1-2 years Housekeeping experience
- Has OPERA experience
- Able to work shifts
- Knowledge computer skills
