Job Description

As an MCR Operator, you will be responsible for managing and running Master Control Room operations in coordination with various operating parties.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up, monitoring, and coordinating daily inputs and assigned receivers in the Master Control Room.
  • Providing technical feedback and incident reports to the duty engineer.
  • Working on shifts, including weekends, overnight, and on-call coverage on a rotating basis (8/12-hour shifts).

Skill Requirements

  • No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
  • A basic knowledge of working with web-based UI interfaces is essential.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • Strong stress management and problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is expected.
  • A minimum qualification of 5 GCE O-Levels or Diploma is required.
