Role Summary

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will lead the development of content marketing roadmaps to align with customer journeys from awareness through consideration, decision, and loyalty.

You will oversee video, graphic, and copywriting content creation to communicate brand values and stories. A centralized content asset library will be maintained, and metrics for evaluating content performance will be established.

Correlation between content performance and user lifetime value (LTV) will be analyzed, and consistent messaging across all touchpoints will be ensured.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies that meet business objectives
  • Lead content creation teams to produce high-quality content
  • Manage and maintain a centralized content asset library
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for content performance
Requirements
  • Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in content marketing with a focus on branding and storytelling
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools for content marketing and SEO
  • Excellent English oral and written skills; additional languages knowledge is a plus
