Supply Chain Excellence Manager

A highly motivated Supply Chain Excellence Manager is required to lead the analysis, reporting, and resolution of supply planning activities.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct weekly supplier calls to ensure supply commitments and cycle time adherence
• Schedule and review supply planning in MRP systems, oversee commitments from suppliers, and manage supply from purchase to shipment
• Collaborate with Program Management, Sales, Supply Operations, Capacity Planning, Sourcing, Finance, and Business Operations to understand demand, product life cycles, and strategies
• Communicate regularly across teams to address supply gaps and manage customer signals related to demand fluctuations
• Coordinate with global and regional supply chain teams to address execution needs and enhance process efficiency and automation, sharing best practices with peers
• Manage and potentially lead a team of analysts focused on supply chain execution

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Product Planning, or related roles
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and self-starting abilities, with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Advanced degrees (MBA, Industrial, or Production Engineering) are an asset

Skillful management of complex supply chains requires exceptional skills in planning, coordination, and execution, as well as strong leadership abilities to drive results.
