Global Supply Chain Excellence Manager

Are you a supply chain professional looking to drive operational excellence and lead high-impact projects? As a Global Supply Chain Excellence Manager, you will oversee the development of strategic initiatives that ensure our products reach the right place at the right time and at the right cost. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap for end-to-end planning, from demand, supply, capacity, inventory planning, etc.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and streamline processes to increase planning efficiency and optimize total cost to serve.
  • Embed operational excellence in all planning processes, ensuring standardized ways of working and adherence to industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A master's or bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in supply chain excellence, project management, and end-to-end planning transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Curious, data-driven, and forward-thinking, with a passion for uncovering insights and driving action.
  • Proven ability to navigate uncertainty, solve complex problems, and design solutions.
