Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Case Management: oversee the entire service process from pre-sale to post-sale, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients.
  • Pre-Sale: collaborate closely with business development managers and underwriting teams to gather required documents and information, providing proactive status updates throughout the process.
  • High Net Worth Business: engage in regular case discussions with business partners to clarify underwriting requirements and decisions, provide advice, and follow up on cases requiring review.
  • Post-Sale: liaise with distribution partners, product teams, and client services to resolve in-force policy requests, provide clear information, and maintain ongoing status updates.
  • Reporting: track incoming requests, record inquiries, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on outstanding issues, submissions, withdrawals, feedback, and adherence to service level agreements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree from a recognized institution or university
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of insurance industry experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments
