Purpose/Accountability Statement:

Lead account management on global accounts and local first division accounts, driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Southeast Asia account plans for key global and regional customers, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
  • Grow and manage existing accounts and prospects new growth initiative for the business, fostering strong relationships with customer organizations.
  • Provide support and guidance to the global and regional business segment team to develop and implement sales and marketing programs and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish in-depth relationships with customer organizations to stay abreast of the latest competitor activity and share market information, driving business growth and development.
  • Provide timely and accurate call reports, sales forecasts, and customer plans, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Prepare and present reports on assigned accounts to senior business leaders, highlighting key performance indicators and business opportunities.

Requirements - Education, Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, preferred.
  • At least 5 years' commercial experience in lubricants, additives, or related oil/chemical/OEM industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Independent, self-motivated, results-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Effectively bilingual, an advantage.
  • Possess entrepreneurial skills, a strong drive for results, and creative thinking.
  • Traveling within the region is expected (30%).
