Job Overview
The French Chamber of Commerce is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Learning & Development Intern to join our team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Learning & Development Goal:
- Formalize the training catalogue for 2024-2025 (internal and external courses).
- Optimize the training application, validation process, and tools.
- Improve data collection and utilization processes.
- Define training KPIs to measure efficiency and progression.
- Set up a training feedback collection process.
- Identify new training needs and suppliers.
- Manage partnerships and contracts with training providers.
- Prepare training reports and update training files.
- Collaborate with the IT department to improve the training digital platform.
- Recruiting Goal:
- Fine-tune hiring needs.
- Write engaging job descriptions.
- Build the employer branding both locally and internationally (e.g., participation in job fairs, networking events).
- Shortlist profiles and coordinate interview processes.
- Conduct interviews and identify the right talents.
- Keep candidates informed, provide regular qualitative feedback, and follow up.
- Manage offer discussions and contract preparation.
- Follow up on offer statuses with hiring managers.
- Launch onboarding processes.
- Support the organization of onboarding days and events.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Master's degree in HR, Business, or Management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good team player.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Excel.
- Curious, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and organized.
Working Conditions
- 6-month internship starting January 2025.
- 42 hours/week.
