Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase goods according to customer requirements, ensuring quality and quantity meet expectations.
  • Assist customers with tasks such as bill payments, queuing, and obtaining certificates, ensuring tasks are completed and meet customer requirements.
  • Deliver specified items or documents to customers quickly and safely, ensuring safety during transit.
  • Maintain good communication with customers, promptly report task progress, and handle complaints and suggestions.
  • Manage time effectively to complete tasks within the specified timeframe, improving work efficiency.
  • Perform other temporary tasks as needed, maintaining the company's reputation.

Requirements:

  • Must have a smartphone with GPS functionality.
  • Preference for candidates with a car, electric bike, or motorcycle.
  • Good customer service awareness.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in courier, errand running, flower delivery, or food delivery services.
  • Must carry a document bag that can hold A4-sized papers while working, and bring it to the interview.

Compensation and Benefits:

3000 SGD basic salary + commission + transport benefits. Priority given to Singapore citizens, PR, and LTVP+ holders. Work hours: 44 hours per week, no fixed work location.

Part-time Option:

12 SGD per order + transport benefits. Flexible working hours.
