Key Responsibilities
• Lead IT operations team L2, ServiceDesk to ensure delivery of high-quality services to users

• Support and enable business objectives through IT projects and programs

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and IT trends, making recommendations for new technology adoption as needed, such as RPA and AI.

Provide insights on new technology developments and advise on their potential impact on business strategy.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis improvement activities across multiple technology domains, products, and business areas
• Escalate issues to tier 3 as needed
• Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and manage business requirements and capabilities
• Oversee hardware and software asset management
• Coordinate disaster recovery plans and execution
• Manage audit and security compliance with company policies
• Assess information security incidents and handle user queries
• Mentor and develop team members
• Work with and manage third-party vendors and suppliers

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with at least 5 years of related IT support experience, including experience leading a team of IT professionals.
Experience in IT infrastructure operations with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
Project management skills and experience leading IT projects.
Deep understanding of end-user support.
Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills with regional and global teams.
Good analytical skills and strong technical and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to adjust to unforeseen challenges and think independently to continue toward goal resolution.
