Job Description:

  • About the Role:

    Our organization is seeking a skilled and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Singapore's manpower regulations and employment laws.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with MOM regulations, including work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations. Additionally, they will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to interviewing and onboarding candidates.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

    Must possess a CEI or KAH license (mandatory) and a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. At least 3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment/HR consultancy, is required. The ideal candidate should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications and HR-related software.
