Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from job postings to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop strategic recruitment plans, and execute them through various channels, including social media, employee referrals, and job boards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial application to offer and onboarding
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of successful recruitment campaigns and talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
