ISO Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ISO Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing responsibilities related to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, as well as conducting audits.

  • The successful candidate will collaborate with the Management/Quality/Safety teams to oversee the integrated ISO system (9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018) certifications.
  • They will perform regular internal audits to ensure compliance with the above-mentioned standards.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the audit cycle program to guarantee its effectiveness and up-to-datedness.
  • Continuous learning is essential in this role, where you will engage in staying updated on the requirements, best practices, techniques, and performance standards for each certification.
  • You will prepare and submit detailed audit reports for each conducted audit.
  • Your task will also involve generating summary reports for each performed audit.
  • In addition, you will suggest necessary changes based on audit findings to improve processes and enhance compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess Diploma/NITEC in a relevant Engineering, Safety or Administrative discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the ISO/QEHS field, preferably in the construction sector.
  • Additive advantages if you possess certificates such as ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 Internal Auditor.
