Conducting regular internal audits to uphold ISO integrated system certifications, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018
- Compiling comprehensive audit reports for each audit conducted and submitting them promptly
- Ensuring proper documentation of non-conformities in the designated log and assigning corrective actions as required
- Conducting follow-up audits and checks to monitor non-conformities and verify completion of action plans
- Recording minutes and generating reports for annual management review meetings
- Delivering induction training on ISO certifications for new employees
- Collaborating with site project managers and ISO personnel to uphold standards through regular site visits
- Providing support to each site in implementing ISO procedures
- Assisting the manager in reviewing and updating ISO manual documents
- Undertaking additional duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards or relevant auditing certifications
- Experience in conducting internal audits in ISO-certified environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across various departments
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently
