We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality management systems. This role will drive organizational excellence through compliance and efficient processes.
The ideal candidate will develop and conduct quality training programs for employees at all levels to promote awareness and alignment with quality standards. They will also plan and execute internal and external audits to assess system effectiveness, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
The Quality Assurance Engineer will manage quality documentation systems, ensuring proper control, updates, and alignment with ISO requirements. They will coordinate with customers and suppliers to manage document revisions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance throughout the supply chain.
Additionally, this role involves generating and analyzing monthly quality reports, tracking key performance indicators, audit outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will participate in management review meetings to report on quality system performance and recommend strategic improvements.
Key Requirements- IATF 16949 certification is mandatory - strong knowledge of automotive quality standards, product safety, risk management, and customer-specific requirements.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, Control Plans, and Ishikawa diagrams.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in QA/QC within manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Certified in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; SAP and Minitab proficiency a plus.
