We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Nursing Professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring a safe and effective environment.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and perform wound dressings after demonstrating competency.
- Monitor vital signs and assist in admission assessments.
- Provide guidance to new nursing professionals and junior staff on standard operating procedures and duties.
- Supervise care staff during meal service and resident interaction.
- Organize daily activities for residents and maintain accurate log-books.
- Assist physiotherapists in rehabilitation programs and encourage resident participation.
- Perform motion exercises and assist with walking.
- Minimize food costs by reducing waste and optimizing consumable use.
- Investigate and resolve feedback and complaints from centers.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by senior managers.
- Contribute to maintaining cleanliness of resident areas.
- Maintain accurate log-books and foster good communication skills.
Requirements:
- NITEC in Nursing (Local Trained)
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing with Board Pass (Foreign Trained)
- State registered nurse with Singapore Nursing Board certification
- Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Effective communication, teamwork, and independent problem-solving skills
