Corporate Gifts and Porcelain Product Design Lead

As a seasoned design professional, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Gifts and Porcelain Product Design Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end product design process, from concept to final production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design and development of new product collections
  • Manage design timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align design concepts with business objectives
  • Provide creative direction to junior designers and external vendors
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and ensure designs remain competitive

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in product design, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role
  • Proven portfolio showcasing corporate gifts and porcelain design work
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant 3D software(s)
