Job Summary

As a key member of our enforcement team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving issues related to vehicle damage reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate damages found on vehicles, assess repair costs, and follow up with customers.
  • Manage accident reports and follow-ups, as well as assist with vehicle recovery if required.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with other tasks assigned by supervisors, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Strong familiarity with office productivity software and web technologies is essential.
  • Experience in enforcement, collection, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • A valid driver's license is advantageous.
