Recovery Specialist

About the Role:

Clients who struggle with addiction require empathetic support and guidance to overcome their challenges. As a Recovery Specialist, you will provide face-to-face and/or virtual counselling services to individuals affected by various addictions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting in-depth assessments of clients' situations and circumstances to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing personalized recovery plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of related matters.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of client interactions in designated systems.
  • Maintaining exceptional soft skills throughout interactions with clients or members of the public.
  • Following up on cases referred to Point of Contact (POC)/external stakeholders to guarantee resolution is provided to clients or members of the public.
  • Complying fully with Standard Operating Procedures as stipulated by our requirements.

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or other local languages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle challenging interactions in a professional manner.
  • Strong passion for supporting individuals through the recovery process.
