ERP Solutions Expert

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client's business operations by optimizing their existing IT application systems and processes.

  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and optimize performance and efficiency of existing IT application systems and processes.
  • Change Management: Manage application change requests and support project implementation to ensure smooth deployment.
  • System Development: Develop, configure, and test ERP functions, web services, and interfaces between applications, including coding and algorithm development.
  • Workflow Customization: Customize and configure workflows to facilitate ERP integration with other business systems, ensuring smooth data exchange.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot user issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and upgrades for ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and mobile interface applications.
  • User Collaboration: Collaborate with end-users to implement system improvements and address operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and administering ERP solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 or later).
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL Server and associated reporting services; experience with X++ and .NET development is advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail, strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and work independently when required.
