Service Provider Performance Manager Job Summary

The Service Provider Performance Manager will be responsible for managing service provider performance assessments, overseeing service quality management, and developing and implementing business policies and marketing activities. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage service provider performance assessments
• Oversee service quality management
• Develop and implement business policies and marketing strategies
• Manage after-sales channels, including ensuring the implementation and updating of store standards
• Develop and manage third-party service providers
• Facilitate the signing of after-sales service agreements with service providers

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing or project management
At least 2 years of experience in after-sales operations management or related work at an OEM or automotive importer
Strong service awareness and communication/coordinating skills
