Learning and Development Manager

Overview:

The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, deployment, and optimization of a Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance team capabilities and performance across departments.

  • Conduct needs assessments, identify skill gaps, and develop targeted interventions to close these gaps.
  • Create and facilitate training initiatives to promote team growth and development.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align learning strategies with organisational goals.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and report on the effectiveness and impact of learning programs.
  • Design and lead talent identification and leadership development programs to nurture future leaders.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in fast-paced organisations with a strong background in talent management, learning, and organisational development.
  • Possess certifications such as ACTA, ACLP, or equivalent professional certifications.
