**Responsibilities**
- Drive learning and development innovation and research through promotion, adoption and adaptation of Legal Industry Framework for Training and Development (LIFTED ), a skills framework for the legal industry
- Build strong relationships across the academic and industry community to understand emerging adult learning needs
- Evaluate market demand and industry landscape to inform research and innovation priorities
- Present plans to key internal and external stakeholders
- Raise awareness and adoption of the LIFTED initiative by cultivating local and international partnerships with stakeholders such as training providers, educational institutions and business associations
- Participate in the development, maintenance and update of the competencies, tools and resources of the LIFTED initiative
- Contribute to the design and execution of programmes, curriculum and courseware materials for online and face-to-face (including blended) learning and professional development events:

- Identify learning needs and programme objectives
- Create curriculum design specifications based on analyses of curriculum objectives to guide development of courseware materials
- Contribute to the development of courseware materials and accreditation and certification models to ensure alignment with curriculum objectives
- Plan and execute programmes and workshops based on training frameworks designed for different target audience
- Evaluate effectiveness of programmes to guide future curriculum and programme planning
- Conduct feedback reviews with internal and external stakeholders
- Evaluate and analyse all relevant data to recommend improvements to programmes and curriculum

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years working experience, preferably in a law firm, legal department, or legal academia / learning and development, or equivalent.
- Evidence of experience and skills in building positive and productive relationships, with colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Evidence of aptitude in working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Sound financial management skills and commercial awareness preferred.
- Appreciates and comfortable using a range of technologies relevant to the role.
- Able to read, speak and write English with advanced fluency.
