Assist in Ops and Learning administration - Running of PCE programmes and events including coordinating logistics and resources, collection and consolidation of data from identified data sources
- Assist with management of vendors - Documentation, Tracking, Contract management with Associate Trainers, Resource Persons
- Assist with Stakeholder Management - Scheduling, documentation, reporting, manage feedback
- Support PE Competency Framework development work - FGDs, research, training roadmap development
- Conduct research to support content creation and programmes development
- Support the design and development of Courseware materials eg Digital Learning Objects (videos, infographics etc) for LEARN app, scripts, scenarios, powerpoint slides, learners’ guide

**Working Arrangement**:
Location: Near Buona Vista

Working Hours: Mon - Thu (8.30am - 6pm), Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)

**Salary**: $11/h

Contract Duration: 6 months
