Purchasing & Inventory Executive Assistant Job Summary

ClearSK is a leading aesthetics and healthcare chain with a strong presence across Singapore, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Kuala Lumpur.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Purchasing & Inventory Executive Assistant to support our inventory operations across multiple clinic locations.

  1. Assist in purchasing and inventory management for medical and skincare products.
  2. Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely replenishment.
  3. Coordinate with vendors, clinics, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Prepare, organize, and dispatch stock to clinics in an efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently, and manage time-sensitive logistics effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing: Assist in purchasing medical and skincare products, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records, monitor inventory levels, and perform regular cycle counts to prevent discrepancies.

Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, clinics, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, including scheduling deliveries and resolving any logistical issues that may arise.

Dispatch and Delivery: Prepare, organize, and dispatch stock to clinics in an efficient manner, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to clinic operations.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum GCE O-Level or Diploma.

Experience: Preferably with experience in medical or skincare product handling.

Skills: Meticulous, with strong organizational and communication skills. Able to work independently and manage time-sensitive logistics effectively.
