As a key member of the Events & Experiences team, this role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple key events across various formats.

The Senior Producer will oversee events from initial creative concept through final reconciliation, including budget management, site selection, venue coordination, registration, transportation, food & beverage, branding, staffing, technical oversight, logistics, health & safety, scenic and set design, and presentation development.

Job Description

This role involves managing the entire event lifecycle, from creative concept and budgeting to reconciliation, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

The Senior Producer will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver impactful and memorable experiences, maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the process.

  • Client Management:
    • Demonstrate an understanding of client's business and event objectives
    • Consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients through excellent project management
    • Act as the client's point of contact during the planning and execution of live events
    • Build and maintain effective client relationships, anticipating requirements, understanding client needs and ensuring that requests are addressed in a timely manner
    • Ensure clear communication with the client around all project deliverables including roles and responsibilities, agreed scope and budget, timelines and programme status
    • Manage out-of-scope client requests and lead commercial conversations with clients across all aspects of the project
  • Event Production & Project Management:
    • Lead the planning and execution of multiple key events for various clients, ensuring exceptional service and project management
    • Oversee events from initial creative concept through final reconciliation, including budget management, site selection, venue coordination, registration, transportation, food & beverage, branding, staffing, technical oversight, logistics, health & safety, scenic and set design, and presentation development
    • Provide strategic oversight and hands-on execution of complex events, ensuring seamless integration of creative, technical, and operational components
  • Financial & Vendor Management:
    • Responsible for the fiscal success of assigned programs and accounts, including budgeting and reconciliation of events
    • Negotiate and review supplier contracts and addendums for accuracy, ensuring proper onboarding in line with agency processes
    • Identify cost efficiencies, savings, and value-added opportunities across event budgets
