**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver event standards at every event (in-person, virtual, hybrid)
- Project planning and critical path management
- Obtain all necessary approvals based on the event requirements
- Work with internal partners to build invitations and registration sites
- Source venues/suppliers and managing event and speakers logistics, including but not limited to audio visual requirements, event material production and internal partner liaison
- On-site event management and execution (in-person and virtual)
- Manage event databases and preparation of financial and feedback reports

To succeed in this Event Planner - South Asia (six-month contract) role, it will be preferred if you have prior experience in regional event practices and responsible sourcing and agency and/or financial industry event delivery.

**Key Requirements**:

- High levels of proficiency with Microsoft Office programmes (including Excel and Word) and other database and technology tools are required
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; fluency in English is essential
