Highly Motivated Intensive Care Nurse Required

As a Senior / Staff Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with clinicians to meet critically ill patients' health needs.

You will be accountable for providing an enhanced standard of care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes. This includes working alongside clinicians to assist with clinical procedures, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to discuss desired health outcomes, and providing safe management of advanced forms of respiratory support, invasive monitoring, and drug infusions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership capabilities, be a good team player, and have analytical, insightful, and systematic skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with clinicians to meet critically ill patients' health needs.
  • Assume accountability and responsibility for providing an enhanced standard of care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
  • Work alongside clinicians to assist with clinical procedures that meet critically ill patients' health needs and care demands.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to discuss desired health outcomes for critically ill patients.
  • Provide safe management of advanced forms of respiratory support, invasive monitoring, and drug infusions.
Requirements
  • Registered with SNB.
  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing or State Registered Nurse Certificate.
  • Relevant Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Good team player with leadership capabilities.
  • Analytical, insightful, and systematic skills.
