As a key member of our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact in shaping a high-performing and engaging culture.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities. A diploma or degree in nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board license is required. An advanced diploma in nursing (critical care) is preferred but not necessary.

You will be responsible for providing patient-centred and compassionate nursing care to patients in the ICU. This will involve working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that each patient receives the highest level of care.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and prioritization skills are essential. You should also be comfortable with rotating shifts and have a high level of physical fitness.
