Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated nursing professional to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing direct and continuous nursing care to critically ill patients, monitoring vital signs, administering prescribed treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Key responsibilities include ensuring patient safety and comfort while maintaining high standards of clinical care, documenting and reporting patient progress accurately, and participating in rotating 3-shift schedules.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • Clinical Skills: Valid nursing registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB), ICU-trained experience in an ICU setting, and strong clinical skills to make quick decisions in critical situations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Patient-Centered Care: Compassionate and patient-centered approach with attention to detail to ensure high-quality patient care.
