We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Vice President, Executive Leadership Development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our organization.

Job Description:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and implementing strategies to elevate our executive leadership practices. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to define success profiles for executive roles and develop assessment frameworks that are rigorous and aligned with leadership priorities.

You will also be responsible for expanding our repertoire of development interventions, working with successors' managers and HR functional experts to map out concrete development plans. Additionally, you will develop decision-making frameworks and processes that drive data-backed, well-considered, objective decisions involving the right stakeholders.

In this role, you will contribute to the strategic design of overall executive leadership effectiveness, refining global leadership appointment processes, senior leadership performance management, and diversity initiatives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 10 years of practitioner experience in industry-leading organizations, with expertise in executive leadership assessment and development. Academic background in organizational psychology is a plus.

You will also need to have a proven track record of designing and implementing effective human capital strategies, leveraging strategic thinking and stakeholder management capabilities to deliver results.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will need to advise senior leaders on topics related to executive leadership development and present to and influence senior stakeholders.
