Room Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of room status and guest requests.
- Coordinate with Engineering department on maintenance requests.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain key control.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Liaise with floor supervisors and manager to ensure seamless room operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year Housekeeping Operations experience. Possess good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin. Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
