Meeting Room Coordinator

Job Description:
- To provide exceptional customer service by meeting and greeting visitors, leading them to appropriate rooms, and delivering a warm welcome.
- To ensure smooth communication with staff, courier services, and other stakeholders by attending inquiries and receiving mail, recording details, and sending email reminders as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding hospitality by offering beverages to management staff and external guests, assisting in serving, or arranging for staff to do so accordingly.
- Maintain high standards of meeting room setup, floral arrangements, and report any facility faults to ensure seamless events.
- Provide accurate directions on meeting venues and office locations to various units, showcasing knowledge of facilities, locations, and operating hours.
- Compile a list of amenities and facilities in the neighboring area of CBD, including operating hours and telephone numbers.
Requirements:
- Minimally GCE 'O' Level qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Prior experience as a customer service executive is highly advantageous.
Estimated Salary: $2800 - $3000 per month.
Location: Marina Bay Financial Centre (Downtown MRT).
