Job Title: Digital Communications Specialist

The role of the Digital Communications Specialist involves overseeing communications that promote the organization's brand and engagement, working closely with the Head of Community Engagement to develop a strong digital presence.

  • Managing social media accounts and website content, including responding to enquiries via emails and social media platforms.
  • Developing content strategies to engage new audiences through social media and online platforms.
  • Identifying trends and planning campaigns to build awareness for the organization's work.
  • Creating content by collaborating with other departments and managing communications volunteers.
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned and providing support for events and initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A degree in Communications or Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Passion for animal welfare.
