Job Description

As a Brand Identity Designer, you will have autonomy in managing your responsibilities and projects. You will work closely with our research team and clients to develop brand identities that resonate within the crypto industry and align with Delphi’s presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand identity strategies for the firm and clients
  • Create visual elements such as logos, color palettes, typography, graphics, and brand guidelines
  • Design marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets
  • Collaborate with the research team to visually communicate complex crypto concepts
  • Manage client relationships and present design concepts to stakeholders
  • Stay updated with design trends and technological innovations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in brand identity design, preferably in tech or finance
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse brand projects and strategic execution
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Experience collaborating with fellow designers
  • Experience with client naming is highly desirable
  • Interest or knowledge in cryptocurrency and blockchain is a plus
