The role of Senior Corporate Finance Professional is pivotal in supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of strategic corporate finance transactions.

- Financial Modeling: Building detailed financial models, conducting valuation analyses, and preparing investor presentation materials
- Capital Markets Support: Supporting a range of other equity and debt capital market transactions, as well as strategic advisory mandates such as M&A and corporate restructurings
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong foundation in equity capital markets and deep familiarity with IPO frameworks, listing rules, and regulatory guidelines relevant to the local exchange. You should have 7-10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets, ideally with direct involvement in successful IPO mandates.
