Job Title: Education Centre Assistant Head

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as an Assistant Head at one of our education centres. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Centre Head in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and delivering high-quality educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Centre Head in managing daily centre activities, including supervision and coaching of primary school children, planning and delivering lesson content, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Liaise with parents and caregivers to provide regular feedback on children's progress, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care and education to children.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures, ensuring they align with national standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in education, student care, childcare, youth work, or a related sector.
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of child development theories and practices.
