Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to contribute to our continued success. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the software development industry. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and offer tailored software solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, trust-building, and regular follow-ups.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities for HRIS solutions.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits of HRIS solutions and services to clients through presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific software development requirements, providing expert guidance on how HRIS solutions can address their specific challenges and achieve their business objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Maintain a prospect client database using CRM or Excel.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting, updating management on progress and challenges.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with our development team to enhance our HRIS solution offerings.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years professional HRIS sales experience or partners-related industry with HRIS solutions experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS solutions and industry trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM/HRIS solution and sales tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
